Ein Forscherteam des Institute of Metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences, ver\u00f6ffentlichte einen Artikel mit dem Titel \"High fatigue resistance in a titanium alloy via near void-free 3D printing\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Artikel argumentiert, dass die zugrundeliegenden 3D-gedruckten Mikrostrukturen von Natur aus eine hohe Erm\u00fcdungsbest\u00e4ndigkeit aufweisen und dass die Verschlechterung dieser Eigenschaft durch das Vorhandensein von Mikroporen verursacht werden kann. Herk\u00f6mmliche Bem\u00fchungen, Mikroporen zu beseitigen, f\u00fchren h\u00e4ufig zu einer Vergr\u00f6berung des Gewebes, w\u00e4hrend der Prozess der Geweberefinition das erneute Auftreten von Porosit\u00e4t mit sich bringt und sogar neue Nachteile wie die Anreicherung von \u03b1-Phasen an den Korngrenzen ausl\u00f6st, was das Dilemma der Mikrostruktur sowohl bei ein- als auch bei ausgehenden Bem\u00fchungen erschwert.
Im Laufe ihrer Forschung zur W\u00e4rmebehandlung entdeckte das CAS-Team ein wichtiges Prozessfenster nach der Behandlung, in dem die Phasenumwandlung und das Kornwachstum von 3D-gedruckten Titanlegierungen bei hohen Temperaturen asynchron verlaufen. Bei ausreichender \u00dcberhitzung findet der \u03b1-zu-\u03b2-Phasen\u00fcbergang sofort statt, und obwohl die \u03b2-Phasenwachstumstemperatur erreicht ist, ben\u00f6tigen die Korngrenzen eine Reifezeit, um sich neu zu ordnen. Unter Ausnutzung dieses wertvollen W\u00e4rmebehandlungsfensters haben die Forscher eine W\u00e4rmebehandlungsmethode identifiziert, die hei\u00dfes isostatisches Pressen mit einer Hochtemperatur-Kurzzeitbehandlung kombiniert, die sowohl eine Verfeinerung des Gewebes erreicht als auch eine Anreicherung der \u03b1-Phase und das erneute Auftreten von Mikroporen verhindert und letztendlich nahezu mikropor\u00f6se 3D-gedruckte Titanlegierungen im nahezu gedruckten Zustand herstellt.<\/p>\n\n\n
